Responsibilities

• To be able to play key part in contributing to the successful growth of company.
• To be able to develop propositions for customers and lead projects to deliver consultancy.
• Perform Project planning, delivery and transition as per agreed specification, timelines and resources following the company process.
• Manage all elements for project development within strict timeframe.
• To be able to communicate effectively and professionally with various level of IT staff, business users and management.
• Ensure day-to-day team co-ordination, conducting project meetings, motivating team members and providing project status.
• Assist the Pre-Sales and Product team on business development opportunity.
• Facilitate personal development within the team, assisting with the recruitment process and performing appraisals

Required Skills

• Over 5 years experience in designing and developing web based and multi-tier systems
• Personal competencies that support good customer communications, decision making, team leadership and management.
• In depth knowledge of the software development life cycle methodologies and the principles of software quality assurance and Customer services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills as to produce documentation to high standards, to present issues logically and clearly, to share common understandings between project stakeholders and developers
• Degree or equivalent in software engineering or related discipline
• Design and development experience of IT systems namely Web based and multi-tier systems using Java or Microsoft technologies (J2SE, XML, ASP.Net, Web Services) and database design
• Interest in promoting industry best practices and methodologies
• Understand technical limitations and advantages different internet development practices.
• Demonstrate an understanding of correct use of current technologies and an awareness of new technologies.
